How long does it take to receive my report?
Most reports are delivered within 3–5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your report is on its way.
Is this therapy or coaching?
No. The Alignment Tool is a pattern recognition practice — it identifies structural tensions in your chart and gives you language for them. It is not therapy, coaching, or a licensed mental health service. If something in your report raises personal concerns, please work with a qualified professional.
Do the reports use AI?
Yes. The analysis is generated using AI tools and reviewed within the Master 1.70 framework. This is disclosed clearly because you deserve to know how your report is made.
Can I get a refund?
Because reports are custom-generated and delivered digitally, all sales are final. If there is a factual error in your report — a miscalculation or incorrect data — it will be corrected at no charge.
